The CBS Fall Show Report up be up soon! Life is busy. Just got back from the iGEM Giant Jamboree science competition yesterday and I am incredibly proud of my students! The team was 5 recently graduated high school students and 5 undergrads from around the Bay Area. They performed graduate level research during the summer at UCSF, and they really knocked it out of the park! Out of almost 300 research teams from around the world, we took home the Gold Medal (full-filled many difficult requirements), the Best Project in our Track (Information Processing), Best Wiki (website), AND were nominated for Best Presentation!
